Shipping Policy

At Luna Rae, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

During promotional periods, sales events, product launches, and other peak trading times, processing times may extend to 2–5 business days due to increased order volumes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and delivery updates via email and/or SMS, where available.

Engraved & Imprinted Products

Engraved and imprinted products are produced and shipped in batches.

Where an Imprint Kit is required, your order will typically be fulfilled in two separate shipments:

  1. Imprint Kit (if applicable)

  2. Completed engraved or imprinted item

These shipments may be dispatched on different dates depending on production schedules, approvals, and manufacturing requirements.

Australian Shipping

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, using either:

  • Express Post; or

  • Standard eParcel.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

All Australian shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to accept the parcel, Australia Post may leave a collection card or redirect the parcel to a local post office for collection.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using a range of trusted carriers selected based on the destination and service availability.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the destination country and carrier, a signature may be required upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Any shipping charges displayed at checkout apply to your order and override any general shipping offer, promotion, or free shipping offer unless otherwise stated.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are collected by Luna Rae, they will be clearly displayed during checkout.

If duties, taxes, or import charges are not shown as a separate item during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and are provided as a guide only.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, and peak delivery periods.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your shipment appears delayed, we recommend first lodging an enquiry directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

Once a case has been opened, please email the carrier's case reference number to hello@lunarae.com. Our team will then assist with investigating the shipment and liaising with the carrier where possible.

Please note that Luna Rae is unable to expedite investigations until a case has been lodged with the carrier.
